HOW TO ORDER YOUR TUI SAFETY BARS
There are various ways that you can order your TUI Safety Bar direct from us. If you would like to purchase a TUI Safety Bar from a dealer, with installation included, please view our dealers page.Remember, each TUI Bar is made to the specifications of your trailer. When you place your order with us you will need to know the make and model of your trailer. A current price list is below showing all TUI Bars are now one price! £249.99!
1. BUY ON-LINE
You can order by completing our on-line order form and by paying on-line through PayPal. PayPal is highly secure and used by millions world-wide. You do not need to have a PayPal account. To find out more about PayPal, click here. If you order on-line, please complete all the fields in the order form and then click 'NEXT PAGE'. The following page shows the price. Change the quantity from '1' if you are ordering more than one bar (two berths count as quantity '2') and then click the 'Add to Basket' button. This will take you to the secure PayPal site. Complete the form and click 'Pay'. You are not committing to purchasing a TUI Bar until you click 'Pay'. To go to our order page, please click here. We will receive confirmation of your order and purchase and process your order straight away. If we have any queries with your order we will call you.
2. BUY BY PHONE
You can also order your TUI Safety Bar by telephone.
Call us on 0844 800 9848 any time. You will need your trailer and card payment details to hand.
3. ORDER BY POST
The easiest way of ordering your TUI Safety Bar by post is to complete the on-line order form and then printing it out rather than clicking 'NEXT PAGE'. Send the printed order form to us together with a cheque made payable to Tui Equestrian Limited to Tui Equestrian, Two Fighting Cocks Cottage. Fair Oak Lane, Stratfield Saye, Hampshire RG7 2EA. We will call you if we have any queries with your order. Please note that we have to await cheque clearance before proceeding with fulfilment of your order.
DELIVERY and P&P
As all TUI Bars are made to order, delivery will normally take between seven and 14 days from receipt of your order and payment (orders by cheque will take longer). The prices below include VAT. Additional P&P of £35 per bar applies to each price quoted (UK orders).

GET A QUOTE ON-LINE Now all TUI Bars are one low price, you may not need a quote (unless you wish to place a bulk order). To get a quote on-line, or ask us questions, complete our on-line order form adding any questions you have in the 'Comments' box and then click 'NEXT PAGE' . This will send the form to us. Then close the payment page rather than proceeding with the PayPal purchase. You are not committing to purchasing a TUI Bar by completing the order form. We will contact you promptly. GET A QUOTE BY PHONE Now all TUI Bars are one low price, you may not need a quote (unless you wish to place a bulk order). Feel free, however, to call our customer services number on 0844 800 9848 any time and ask us any quesitons you have. If you get the answermachine, please leave your contact details and we will call you back promptly.  REFUND POLICY We will fully refund or replace your TUI Bar if it is found to be faulty or if we have made the wrong size, as long as you contact us within fourteen days of receipt of your order with proof of purchase and to obtain authorisation from us. We cannot be held responsible for fulfilling orders that contain incorrect or inaccurate information. |
